Essentially I guess it depends on what niche your in, however I hope you can get some things out of this !

Gumtree

Gumtree is an awesome place to get some serious traffic and with pretty much instant effects, so prepare your bandwidth and sort your ad placement out first !

Lets say we have a dating site, go to www.gumtree.com and click post an ad. Select a catagory that best fits your site niche, so for our dating site we are going to choose the dating category. Next choose either guys seeking girls or vice versa, depends what gender you want to target.

Your ad

We are going to write an ad from a girls seeking guys perspective, so we go back to our dating site and choose a profile of a stunning girl or model if you want to link bait people ;-).

Next write out your ad, without sounding spammy. So for example -

Hi I’m <NAME>,

I’m looking for <WHAT ARE YOU LOOKING FOR>

Here is my profile <URL> it has my picture and contact info so just give me a shout if your local to <AREA>,

Thanks.

 Results

• Traffic is targeted !
• Good CTR
• Traffic from valuable countries, i.e UK = Higher CPC
• Traffic increase  = 4,500 UV in one day !
• Increase in member sign ups

He then went on to launch www.pixelotto.com, which was not quite as successful as his first idea!

So what next ? Another million dollar something ? No ! Its now a signed picture of the million dollar home page ! Crazy you think ? Not quite…

There is always someone stupid enough to buy one ! So im sure he will make a few thousand!

It seems the notoreus Spam King” Edward “Eddie” Davidson and his wife were both found dead in an SUV, apparently the authorities say he was the gunman….WOW !

His bank account deposits from 2003 to 2006 totaled $3.5 million, the plea agreement said.

It seems like there as been a few shake ups with this page rank update, shoemoney.com looks to be s strong page rank 6, whilst his rival johnchow.com seems to be down to a page rank 3 ! Ouch !
