New design for Pictures2Rate.com
It was long over due, but a beta version of pictures2rate has been released.
It has had a new design a few new techy whiz things added to it. Hats of to the world of PHP.
So currently its also in beta version, as their are some bugs still appearing, which I shoot as soon as I see !
